General comment This declaration refers to the product "Concrete liquid colour containing iron oxide" manufactured by REMEI & BPB GmbH & Co. KG, which is a ready-to-use pigment suspension containing iron oxide for coloring cement- and lime-bonded construction materials in accordance with EN 12878. For the placing on the market of the product in the European Union/European Free Trade Association (EU/EFTA) (with the exception of Switzerland) Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 (CPR) applies. The product needs a declaration of performance taking into consideration EN 12878:2014-07 “Pigments for the colouring of building materials based on cement and/ or lime - Specifications and methods of test” and the CE-marking. For the application and use the respective national provisions apply. The representative product for the calculation is available in containers of approximately 800–1000 kg, Big Bags of approximately 1000 kg, drums of approximately 150 kg, and canisters of approximately 20 kg. All described available packagings have been used for LCA calculations based on the consumption of packagings in 2022. The gross density of the product is 1.74 g/ml. |
