The heat pump has a closed refrigerant circuit in which a refrigerant circulates. Through cyclic evaporation, compression, condensation and expansion, heat energy is absorbed from the environment and transferred to the building. In cooling mode, heat energy is extracted from the building and released to the environment.</common:generalComment>
